Hello, my name is Mike Hoekstra.
I have more than eight years of professional experience in the computer industry. My career started in the Chicago area, serving several companies in the downtown business and financial districts, as well as various home office environments and suburban small businesses. I have also worked with Illinois local government and law enforcement.
My role at Phoenix IT Services LLC, is to schedule and complete service calls. I perform all of the services detailed in the Service List.
