Support Fees
Travel Expenses
- $0.585 per mile beyond 50 miles round trip
- 100% reimbursement for parking fees with proof of expense
Diagnostic Fee
- $15.00 fee if a Service Technician is called to diagnose but not resolve an issue. This fee will be waived if PITS, LLC is asked to fix the problem.
Shipping Fee
- Any return shipping fees incurred (e.g. packaging materials, insurance and shipping cost) will be added to the invoice with a copy of the receipt attached.
Restocking Fee
- The client will be billed for any applicable restocking fees. A copy of the receipt will be attached to the invoice. This fee will typically include a Shipping Fee, as described above, for the parts returned to the retailer.
